Mining rights for an aquamarine deposit, located in the region of Caparaó/ES - Brazil, are sold, with all legal documents and records in the name of the land owner.
After carrying out geological research by specialized consultancy, the presence of beryl, feldspar, hyaline quartz, rose quartz and tourmaline was confirmed (technical report). The region is located on the banks of BR-262 and is known for its history of exploring precious stones, mainly aquamarine gems of excellent quality.
The enterprise has:
- Mining Ordinance (ANM) in the name of the property holder.
- Licensed Mining Area: 50 hectares.
- Property deeded and registered.
- Legal reserve preserved.
- Prior environmental license.
- Approximately 40 thousand trees of high quality Arabica coffee producing.
