We are selling our hotel (6000m2) in Brazil in a pretty tourist village in the north of Brazil; Atins (in the state of Maranhao). It is located at the entrance of the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. The village is also known for its kitesurfing spot.
4 lots will be sold in the same pack (total more than 8000 m2). Our hotel is on one of them and the other 2 are in the main street.
This pousada/hotel contains 11 rooms (between bungalows, cabins, chalets and rooms with or without private bathrooms), a restaurant, a 4-room house and 3 garages with 50m2 of solar panels (all of our energy comes from solar). Most rooms have air conditioning and hot showers.
